Hello everyone, welcome to the Halina Nguyễn channel. Today’s topic is Our Fragility.

On the train ride home from school, I happened to overhear someone say to another person: “Such a tiny problem, yet you still can’t solve it?”

In reality, we often encounter situations where something may be very easy for one person but extremely difficult for another. So what creates that difference?

Let’s take a look at a flower garden: some flowers are yellow, some are red, some are purple. Some can withstand the snow, while others have petals that fall apart with just a little rain. Each of us is created with a different mission.

When we become stronger, more resilient, and more understanding, it is so that we can help those who are less fortunate than we are. I still remember a beautiful quote by Victor Hugo:
“The mind grows rich from what it receives, but the heart grows rich from what it gives.”

So don’t feel too sad if you aren’t as lucky as someone else. As long as you keep trying, life will surely smile at you. There were times when I tried so hard that I felt like I was about to explode, yet things still didn’t turn out the way I hoped—and all my fragility poured out at once.

That’s life. Just comfort yourself: be strong, don’t be too fragile. Just like how a dish needs enough spice—spicy, sour, salty, and sweet—to be complete, a little fragility sometimes adds more color to life.

However, as the saying goes, “No one steps into the same river twice.” So we cannot keep making the same mistake over and over again.

Experience more. Meet more people. Try to change yourself—even slowly is fine—as long as you don’t stand still. Being fragile a few times is okay, but if it repeats dozens of times, you must become stronger. Because by then, there may be no one left beside you to listen to your complaints. Alright then, keep going! You’ve got this.
