1. Welcome

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Halina Nguyễn Channel.
Perhaps some of you visiting for the first time may wonder: “Who is this channel for, and what does it bring?”

The idea for this channel comes directly from my own personal experiences.
Over many years of observing and working with families, I’ve realized something very clear: family is the sacred foundation where each person is nurtured and grows.
The bond between family members not only helps children develop fully but also allows women to be loved, cared for, and live happier lives.

2. Personal Experiences and Key Realisations

Not everyone is fortunate enough to have a complete and harmonious family.
Gaps, conflicts, or pressures within family life can leave lasting effects on one’s mindset, emotions, and health.

With more than ten years of experience in education and child therapy, I have worked closely with many families.
Through these interactions, I’ve learned an important truth:

To help a child grow well, parents—especially mothers—must first receive support both physically and emotionally.
When a mother knows how to care for herself and balance her emotions, she spreads peace to her child and to the entire family.

3. Two Core Themes of the Channel

From these realizations, I created the Halina Nguyễn Channel with the goal of sharing knowledge and real-life experiences around two main topics:

• Child Education & Development Support
Especially for children with behavioral, language, or emotional challenges.
In my work, I have accompanied many children with autism, ADHD, and speech delays.
One key principle I always remember is:

Helping the child is only one part; first, parents must adjust their own emotions and perspectives so the process of supporting the child can be truly effective.

• Women’s Health Care through Traditional Oriental Medicine
Women often keep the family’s flame alive but tend to forget to care for themselves.
Traditional Oriental Medicine views the body through the balance of Qi, blood, yin, and yang.
When this balance is maintained, a woman’s body becomes stronger, her mind steadier, and the whole family benefits from her well-being.
I will share practical, everyday tips on nutrition, rest, herbal remedies, self-care routines, massage, and acupressure—all easy to apply at home.
